I'm on a diet but not a strick one.I've been eating 1200-1600 calories a day.I've lost 58 pound since I started.

I need to lose 20 pounds but probably won't since I hate being hungry. I've started riding my bike and that will build muscle, should help.

Known too many people who have harmed themselves and/or failed miserably with strict diets, I prefer small changes over time to improve my health and make the changes permanent.

My diet is my lifestyle. I eat strictly organic, fresh produce that I grow from my own garden. I keep away from processed foods. I choose to not eat any refined sugars and fried foods as well. I'm not health freak though. I do drink beer. I like my vodka.

I am a vegan There is nothing strict about it I don't eat the flesh of innocent animals or dairy/eggs which involves the killing of the males. I don't eat GMO foods.

I don't find anything strict about this since I have no appetite for dead flesh or food laced with carcinogenic herbicides.

I find refusing food which is involved in violence not strict but liberating. I can look a cow in the eye and say a friendly "moo." The strictest diets are based on addictions, such as the addiction to meat. Meat eaters say all the time "I have to have meat."
That is a compulsion, which means they are on a strict diet, demanding meat.

The major studies (Loma Linda, Oxford, and China) over several generations and involving hundreds of thousands shows a vegetarian diet leads to a longer, healthier life. That is not strictness but freedom.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a diet, considering it's actually a change of my lifestyle. However, I do watch what I eat pretty carefully.
