No. I think you should just eat healthy, which varies depending on each person's health and condition. And there's nothing wrong with treating yourself with junk food so long as it's not a regular thing.

well, sometimes my mom comes to my place to make sure i have nothing BUT drinks!!! It's awful, it is a liquid diet... But I always eat something **** when she isn't around... Which is like always sooo it's OK

Nah, diets don't really work for me, it's more of a lifestyle change. I used to restrict myself so much and I lost a lot of weight but I was always so hungry. I put on about 20 pounds from my last school semester but lost all but the 5 pounds I have left.

What works for me is a small lunch and reasonably sized dinner with a snack after workout and a snack after a dinner. On weekends I'll splurge and eat something sweet or eat more then I do on the weekdays. Seems to be working, like I said I lost 15 pounds already and I'm never starving.

I should have started my diet yesterday. And then my sister made brownies. I should have started my diet today. But instead, I had two cups of coke.

So for now, I am just trying to stop looking at things that I want and taking it on impulse.
