Nah, diets don't really work for me, it's more of a lifestyle change. I used to restrict myself so much and I lost a lot of weight but I was always so hungry. I put on about 20 pounds from my last school semester but lost all but the 5 pounds I have left.
What works for me is a small lunch and reasonably sized dinner with a snack after workout and a snack after a dinner. On weekends I'll splurge and eat something sweet or eat more then I do on the weekdays. Seems to be working, like I said I lost 15 pounds already and I'm never starving.
