Texas has a high rate of illegal immigrants and we aren't on the list.

Not Surprising, again all these states are blazing hot 9 months out of the year. Hmm does the environment play a part in education, but alot of these states have many rural areas, and is not heavily funded by the government or local government, and many many schools have closed forcing 2 hour rides back and forth to school. IDK good info.
