No different than any other religion.
It all depends on how fanatical you are on your religion. I spent a few months in Iran before the revolution and trust me I saw a **** of a lot of Muslims wearing bikinis around the pool side.

I seriously doubt that.....since they don't want their women to show their faces.

Exactly!
And that's awesome that you liked it. I actually spent 6 months there this year (hence the very late response, sorry!) and I loved being back and miss it already.

I was there on business for a couple months. When that wrapped up I stayed an extra month on vacation before coming back. A friend of mine lived in Tehran so he put me up at his place for the entire time. My friend worked for the government so when the Shah left in 79 he left with his wife and little girl figuring he was going to *** up on somebodies hit list.
I loved it there it was an absolutely beautiful country. I hear some people complain saying the Shah was a butcher and the Savak had killed around 10,000 people during the Shah's reign. Well Khomeini did that in the first ten months he took power. It makes me sick to see what's happened to that country.

Thank you! People ****** all Muslims follow one way. Like, have they looked at the Christians around them? They can't agree on anything, either.
I find it interesting that you visited Iran before the revolution. Can I ask why and how you liked it? It's always fun for me to hear a non-Iranian perspective on the country.

Not in public or co-ed beaches/pools. In a lot of Muslim countries, they have segregated beaches and it's not uncommon to see women completely ****.

Of course, on some level, it does depend on *how* Muslim they are. There are ********* who would consider it immodest but it's not technically forbidden so long as there aren't men around. If you want to wear a bikini in your backyard with only your husband present, it's permissible for most Muslims.

Well, if my roommate at my boarding school and later Moslem friends of mine of now considerably longstanding may be anonymously cited, there is absolutely no question that whatever they should or shouldn't do, they do. That said, one must draw a distinct difference, as in all faiths, with common decency and appropriate behaviour and fanatical fundamentalism. Christians, as well as Jews, should not, perhaps, in the letter of the law, drool over what my teacher in Navigation called "heavenly bodies". But where the spirit is willing, the spyglass is often weak. In the ***, I have no doubt that *** in all His wisdom will reward those who do not think in slogans - but for themselves.
