Polls about that ask about celebrities with only yes or no choices but don't a third choice like who cares I will usually avoid.
And, there are the polls with the annoying, ******** choices of "I agree with you, you are wonderful" and "No I disagree because I am a pervert/***** molester/anti-whatever". I don't waste my time with them

In theory I'll respond to all polls, but I don't find the time to do that. I prefer questions which are well-spelled. I also keep away from questions of a ****** nature. I also dislike puerile humour.

I have learned to skip over polls that start with 'Do you'...there may be legitimate questions starting with these words, but I've found that most just waste my time.

I won't respond to questions of a very personal nature, polls about anime or cartoons, or polls that have biased answers with not "other" option.

I just woke up, leave me alone! Yes, certain polls either just don't interest me, or even if they do, if they give all options that lead to what they want you to pick, then I'll just wander away from them.
