Are some people born without a soul?

As the world's population increases, more and more say they cannot hear *** talk to them, or love another til death do us part, or sense their unborn are humans, or even think for themselves.

Is it possible the reason for these problems is, they were born without a soul? Can Heaven keep up with our birth rate?
