WND asked if the great success of D’Souza’s film was evidence that conservative filmmakers are being blackballed?
“I’m going to be on ‘The Kelly File’ tonight, and that’s exactly what I’m going to say,” said Lynch on Friday.
Lynch is a frequent guest on Fox News and is well-known for his films on immigration, “They Come to America” and “They Come to America II: The Cost of Amnesty.”
Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch
He said other networks will not interview him because his films have the evidence to back up his conservative claims, and that “really scares them.”
Lynch thinks he has just the opposite of a credibility problem. He believes the fact the NSA asked permission to use his work on terrorism was a particularly strong *********** of his credibility. And, he believes filmmakers such as himself and D’Souza are so credible the mainstream media won’t go near them.
He said if D’Souza and he were on the other side, they’d be “superheroes” in the mainstream media, like Michael Moore.
“How can Michael Moore make an anti-capitalism film then go buy a mansion on a lake? Where’s his investigation? Why doesn’t anybody ever look into him? He uses creative editing.”

“I’ve been on shows where they take the tape and use my answers to questions I wasn’t asked. For instance, they might ask what’s my favorite vacation place, and I’d say Mexico. Then later, they ask me what do you hate most in the world? I say pasta, but they use ‘Mexico.’”
Lynch said that after ‘The Daily Show’ creatively edited him and “made me say things I didn’t say,” he received threats. He said his attorney tried to get the show to remove the comments, but without success.
“You know what they tell me? ‘Tough.’ They will do anything they can to discredit you.”
Lynch said, every single day, someone in the film industry or outside of it, tells him to be careful.
