Pulled muscle... a real pain in the neck I know. I've had that several times, and have taken sick days it was so bad. Time and relaxation will make it go away.

You may pay a penny at a time, if you wish, or you can just return the favor of good advice of the equivalent or greater value.

I would love to see a chiropractor. I don't know how expensive that would be though. Sounds like some good information too there! Thank you!

The payment will be made in small increments. I hope you accept them like that.

You have strained a muscle that is pulling on your vertebrae.

You need a chiropractic adjustment, but if you can't or won't do that, magnesium glycinate or a soak in a very warm epsom salt bath, a massage (Yo! Fiance,.....), gentle stretches, lie back on a pillow that supports your neck's natural curvature or all of the above. It should then click on it's own and you'll feel good as new.

Sometimes, just a good nights sleep will put it back right.

Chiropractic would push/pull/put your vertebral alignment back into place and then the muscle would relax or the other stuff will loosen the muscle enough to let the vertebrae slip back into place.

Thanks for coming in. I'll send you a bill.

I'm confused!!!!!

I can't turn my head to look left, it feels like it's pulling a muscle all down my back.

Your neck or your head? Turn or move?

Pulled muscle. Happens to me a lot. I take a muscle relaxer if it gets too bad, only for a day or two, but most of the time I do what a rheumatologist told me to do, put ice on it. Keep putting ice on it until the muscle snaps back.
