Yes, there is still a lot of confusion, and myths, bout asexuality.
This simple comic explains what asexuality really is.

Mine came from many years of experience, don't get me wrong there are a lot of decent people out there unfortunately there are far more with mental defects that cause them to hate.

You're confusing oppression with grievance. Oppression is hierarchial, societal, and structural injustice, that comes at the prize of other people's privilege.
It is, however, possible to be both privileged and oppressed.
Anyway; Man/woman up is a very patriarchal/kyriarchal thing to say, and is quite counterproductive.

Everyone is oppressed, neglected or a victim they need to quit playing those cards and man/woman up. Society owes no one anything. Don't care about a persons *********. It is one minute aspect of human behavior, and as stated before don't care.................

Because as a heterosexual, you don't suffer from the oppression of hetero-normative standards.
Until the day that equality is reality, and everyone have equal rights, we will keep coming out, and we will keep opening up about ourselves.
Because we're still stigmatized, and asexuals are, too.
Your heterosexuality is a societal norm, a privilege. Their asexuality is not.

I am not confused about any of it, I just don't care and the majority of the populous doesn't either. It is better known as TMI too much information. I don't go around jacking my jaws about being a heterosexual why can't others just take care of their individual needs without broadcasting their ****** identity to others. Don't care..................

Unfortunately, I consider myself as as a polluter of the genepool of humanity my only excuse is I did it unknowingly. That said I would certainly agree that the one-size-fits-all education system with its government infused propagada certainly is in need of reform at a minimum and replacement as a possible cure.

......no, I was semi-jokingly responding to your comment about all the "perverted humps" "polluting" the gene pool. I think it's a bit cynical to up and decide that because you have some problem with someone's behavior that they are "polluting" anything just by breeding. when it comes to nature vs nurture, nature only goes so far. I'd blame the one-size-fits-all education system, narcissistic/idiotic/ultra-v i o l e n t media, hierarchical hyper-competitive materialism oriented economy, military and "business" minded "leaders", and to some degree authoritarian patriarchal culture for most of our problems, before I'd write off someone based on their genetic makeup.

People should be evaluated on an individual basis. There are people who enhance the genepool of humanity, there are people who polute the genepool of humanity and there are those who do not contribute to it. Reason would dictate that those who pollute it are in far greater numbers than those who don't which would ****** make the hypersexual unequal. Your premice that the hypersexual are somehow unequal is either based on some recondite knowledge I am unaware of or your supposition.

why is it that asexuals deserve equality, but hypersexuals don't?

Thank goodness! I actually thought I was the only one with such a view on human beings...

I can't tell whether you're sarcastic or serious, but that was by far the best comment that I've ever read!

Rare gems of humanity unlike the majority of perverted humps that pollute the genepool of humanity.
