More power to them. It's their lives and I encourage them to think independently.

As long as you're moving in the right direction...it's all good.

I'm sorry :/ yeah, street gangs are the terrorists of the homeland. There is only war on "bigger" terrorism but urban terror should be treated equal.

That I would be mad at. I was raised in some really bad neighborhoods and escaped the ganglife that has killed many of my ********* friends, no way would I ever be okay with my ***** joining a gang.

Not like they're in a street gang.

If that's what they want to do, I have no problem with it.

...I once asked my parents why they never forced us to church, like so many parents did back in the 50's. My dad said "We figured that if you decided that you needed religion, you'd GET religion." My brother did; I didn't....One of the joys of agnosticism/atheism is that we do NOT hate "***;" we simply choose not to participate, and we expect others to choose for themselves. That's why atheists don't go door-to-door recruiting new atheists...

Be okay with it. I raise my daughter to be question things and be able to make decisions on her own. If she felt that a certain religion was correct, so be it. I don't hate ***, or religion. I just don't believe in the supernatural. If someone else does, that is their choice.

probably have a bit of a chuckle about it and wonder what religious girls pants they are trying to get into.
But seriously I would leave it entirely up to them what they decide to believe or not. I may be drawn int talking about it by them if they were tat way inclined but I would not hold back in calling them idiots for believing in fairy tales. But then aren't we all idiots at times. No doubt they would get over it.

I don't try to force my Atheism on anyone. I have one daughter that's Catholic, one that's Baptist and two that are more like me. A persons choice should be their own.

I'd devise subtle conversations about it but they'd be kept as neutral as possible. As sure as I wouldn't want beliefs forced upon me, I wouldn't want to force any upon them, either.

I would ask if the needed a ride to church. It's their life and their decision, but I would always encourage them to learn about different religions and one suited them (and didn't involve hurting others) then I would try my best to be supportive.

Not enough information.

If my ***** is going to church and praying, I'll think it's my fault for not paying enough attention to the *****.

I'd ask if there was anything I could do to help, or if she was having trouble. I'd spend more time with her.

I'd probably GO to church with her and pray.

Hope she'll tell me what's going on.

She might just be "in" with a bunch of Christians and just want to fit in.

It's not a SOLID indicator that something's wrong, but it would be a concern.

She'd probably know by now how much of an atheist I am.

Kids rebel. It's what they do.

Remind them that all religion is make-believe and encourage them to direct their attention elsewhere.

It would depend on their age... if they were in the under 5 range, I would question who is indoctrinating them? Where are they getting their Ideas.. If they are old enough to make rational choices, then have fun..
