What's the matter, can't he control himself when he sees a hot woman in yoga pants? Too much for him?

Just like I said above ,try doing some of those things that others don't agree with and see how far freedom goes. But for some reason it's OK for them to do things to you. "Everyone supports Freedom of Speech, until someone exercises it ".

Home is one thing. Out in the restaurants or malls it's not too much to ask to have some decorum.

Obviously it is too much to ask for some people. But it's not for government to dictate, so please stop giving them the power!

When people can't make proper judgments for themselves, others must step in. Kind of like with retarded people, some people are morally retarded.

True but it is their right. No one will ever tell me what I can wear especially government. And who is the judge of proper? Or normal? No one, we all have different ideas on that! That's where the FREE in Free country comes in.

Then try going somewhere ***** or in a bikini and see how far that goes, even in your own yard. not even being able to go out in your own yard is what gets me. Other people do plenty of offensive things, I think it's a case of *** for tat. If someone else can come outside and smoke reefer or get drunk, then I should be able to do what I like. Free is a myth.

As long as no one's being harmed, there's no need for government interference.

Exposed as in *****? How about when my wife *********** out son?

I don't see a problem with that like many out there, but when it's at home you can expose anything you want. As far as pants go, there are way too many ********* out in the open, the streets here tend to look like a plumber's convention.

If people had good judgment, there would be no interference. But it's not working that way, is it ?

The lawmaker needs to get busy on their job and the issues that face the people that they represent! Someone needs to put this one in CHECK!

I'm not from Montana but I would think there are more important issues for a legislative group to take care of

Just plain OVERBEARING. Too many laws, too much government, and NO common sense.

No matter how much it disgusts me, I say people have the right to wear what they want. If they want to look like scum, let them. Government needs to stay out of our kitchens, closets and every other room in our homes.

"Lawmakers" have nothing better to do. The legal profession is already overemployed. Do they really need more cases ?

Not only should it be OK to wear tight cloths... it should be OK to be ****..

We were born ****, and as ********, never had a problem with being ****, until society brainwashed the ******** into being ashamed of their bodies, especially the ****** parts.

Shame on society!

Yea... that goes without saying... but there are also many I would like to see ****.

But.. the choice of what you wear, or if you wear anything at all.. should not be forced on people.

And yet you have those who insist we are an enlightened society, no longer living in the dark ages. So how come nudity rules remain in the dark ages ?

that one is simple.. because we aren't enlightened as we pretend to be.
