I love Barbie-q'd, cream cheese-stuffed, bacon-wrapped jalapeño peppers... and I love baked bacon-wrapped fresh pineapple, ...so hey, i'd "try" bacon-wrapped onion rings, but I don't know whether i'd like them.
I also use the wonderful garlicky flavor of Sirracha, and like the way this creation looks. So I may have to try these myself. (I suspect the odds are in favor of my liking them)

Got some great ring the other day. We stop at a little place they bread them on the spot. Use sweet onion with great breading. Make that a regular stop.
