With the men and women coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan they will need all of the ********** and kindness we can give them; and not the shunning the Vietnam vet experienced from society in 1970's. It only has been recent that the Nam Vet has started talking about their experience and problems they have acquired through their lives. The article is dejevue of what the younger than 50 generations are about to experience and I only hope you are kinder and more appreciative of the sacrifices.

How will you react, ******, listen, or will you ignore?

It's a shame the way your country treats it's veterans. They're at the top of the list of people your government doesn't care about:

Veterans
Old people
kids

country treats veterans list people government care veterans people kids

The root issue is...unjust, undeclared, unconstitutional, unethical, illegal, immoral, unwinnable, unpopular, impractical, and just plain stupid wars. The same was true of Viet Nam (where my Dad fought). And I'm sure as heck no pacifist.

I have been watching 'Game of Thrones' on HBO. It dawned on me last year season...this program shows you how the masses are actually under the control of those high up in the food chain and how they manipulate and control us to their whims...Maybe that is why I have over all these years have just avoided or tried to avoid their trappings after Nam...

right. Well, i guess im not one of those young people then, i disapprove of most war. If it cant be dealt with any other way, and it poses an ACTUAL national threat than ofcoarse war is inevitable. BUT these politically bias wars based on political gain and monetary gain are Crap

yeah I know...trouble is that most young people are idealist and believe that wars are a cause; they see them like a spectator sport...I did it and so many over the eons have done it. That is why the NFL, NBA and so many sports have such die **** followers...

You would think with war after war, our soldiers paying the ultimate price, nothing changing, and our politicians being the only ones benefiting from it .
We would stop falling for it.

war kills
