Are you sick of people who are obsessed with politics?

Personally I'm so sick of politically obsessed people that I've started to block people who are so obsessed with politics that they bring them up in topics that have little to nothing to do with politics.

Sure they have the freedom to say what they please.

I have the freedom to block.

There are people in different political parties that are overly obsessed. I once nearly ***** a friendship with a Liberal friend because of his obsessions. I'm very fond of this young man and I consider myself a Liberal, at least a moderate one, so that should tell you how sick and tired I am of people who are obsessed with politics.

Yes, I know I'm repeating myself. Sorry. Just trying to get a point across.

But I won't block people for it.

This is the most important turning point in our Nation's History since the Civil War. IF you don't like it -- politely tell them that Politics is something you are not interested in. Seriously doubt you will have many friends who are: 1) scared of what is going on in our Country; 2) Think you are too unsophisticated to learn anything new; 3) Do they listen to you rave on about what you are interested in and pay attention to you?

Bravo, thanks for bringing the subject up. I'm so sick of politics here on ** that I totally quit going any political sites. Any one who brings up politics while on a blog that has nothing to do with politics I let them know they are off subject. There is absolutely no give and take on the subject of politics here on **. Most of the liberals have preconceived dears abut Republicans and actually comment like what they have to say abut Republicans is the truth. I will say the exact same thing for Republicans . Labeling each other into some kind of terrible group is the worst thing we can do as Americans. Worst of all I was caught up in in myself for a long time until I took a good look at my own attitude.

I knew a girl in college who I had the hots for but all she really cared about was the Conservative party. She was a proper Tory girl. I even voted for her party last year or the year before because I fancied her that much and I thought it might have helped me to be noticed by her more. It did'nt work and I've moved on from her. She was too political for me anyway.

That is their business, as long as they don't bring those things up on polls that have nothing to do with them. I've decided to block everyone who brings up politics in a question that has nothing to do with politics. Most of these people don't even have anything intelligent to say, just a lot of bullying and name calling.
