Averaging IQ doesn't mean a lot in the whole scheme of things. What you do with what you've got is what counts.

having dealt with the high numbers for years, we have already adjusted better.

but they affect everything from test scores to drop out rates to teen pregnancies

No thanks....I live in NH which is CONSISTANTLY one of the top 10 for being AWESOME.

Not Surprising, again all these states are blazing hot 9 months out of the year. Hmm does the environment play a part in education, but alot of these states have many rural areas, and is not heavily funded by the government or local government, and many many schools have closed forcing 2 hour rides back and forth to school. IDK good info.
