After working for an extremist perfectionist for several years I can happily say, no , I am not, perfectionism is a waste of a life.

People think of perfectionists as people who do everything perfectly; however, the original meaning of the word meant someone who can not stand the thought of something they do being imperfect to the point where it becomes a phobia and they simply won't do the task because of it.

If a project has an imperfection I start it again and make it right or I'd rather not do it.

I like to do things well but I wouldn't label myself a perfectionist.

Yes I have been classified as having a type a personality and a perfectionist......Maybe I am.......I hate lazy and incompetent people......I do have a problem of when I start a project, it is very difficult to put it down until it is completed.....now that I'm much older, I have very much mellowed out.....if it gets done fine....if not, well that's ok too.............

Not at everything. Maybe some things I am. Sometimes I try to be perfect and other times I don't even try.

I like things done the right way or no way. I am very organized in both mind and
lifestyle. I strive for perfection in everything I do.

I like things to be done well but a drive towards perfectionism just prevents progress since perfectionists tend to get lost in so many minor details.

In some things, yeah. In others... not so much.
