I don't think it's I that needs to prove it wrong, but the poster that needs to prove it's true. Can he reference any reputable news source, or congressional record, that validates the story? I would think there would be plenty of news coverage if there were a Senate vote on something this outrageous. I don't believe many, if any, would vote to allow abortions in the ninth month. Extremists tend to post unsupported, radical, stories without verifying their validity. You'll note that there isn't one other respondent that questions this. They'd rather join in the outrage than question the facts. They'll swallow anything, hook, line, and sinker, as long as it supports their preconceived prejudices.

There's something really fishy about this "article". It was printed in July 2014, and upon trying to research it, it is the only article (cut and pasted verbatim in this post) to reference this vote. There should be no restrictions on abortion during the first trimester of the pregnancy. Then it should be up to each state to determine any restriction during the last two trimesters provided the woman's health is not affected and the pregnancy is not going to result in birth of a handicapped *****.
