Do you sometimes wear yoga pants when you're not... you know... doing yoga? Don't worry. You're not alone. More and more women are wearing yoga pants, leggings or basically just comfy pants on a regular basis now. There's even a new term for it: "athleisure."
In fact, according to a recent study
, wearing yoga pants when you're not working out can actually make you look cooler -- as if you're someone who doesn't need to get all dolled up just to fit the status quo. Of course, there are also people who are legitimately judging you for wearing the stretchy fabric in lieu of actual pants.
