Its horrible to experience and something I would not wish on anyone. Your heart races, you shake, it can feel like your air is being shut off, and fear...I suffer from them and have since I was 15.

An explosion of chaos inside your brain. Things happen too fast and jumble together.

First your thoughts start to race and jumble together. Your chest starts to feel tight and your heart starts to beat fast. Your hands start to shake and you can no longer focus. Then your breathing starts to speed and you start hyperventilating. Your face starts to go numb and you feel like your heart is going to jump out of your chest. At least that's what it feels like to me.
