Cool thing to think of. I think the Destroy vehicle in Saints Row 2 was made by Ultor, because as you can see from the back, it looks like the rear *** of classic Cadillac lights.

With the right kind of instruments and tech, a real one could be made. If not for real use, at least for a movie prop for backgrounds. Anyway, our makes and models of vehicles are clearly looking advanced, and things we see in the sky that are strange are likely aircraft that is being tested out. Not saying all strange activity in the sky are, but for each experimental aircraft, they are UFOs to us because they haven't been released for use yet.
