A user on eBay is attempting to sell a monorail car that was used at Walt Disney World. This may be a once in a lifetime opportunity as no other monorail car has ever been available to the public before. The seller is seeking $260,000, but bidding right now is only at $160,000.

First of all Nothing on EBay is free even if you won the bid you still gotta pay for it and shipping.

Second, I have no place to park it so I would sell it, If I had that much money to "throw away" it wouldn't be on that, it would be a down payment on a real house. And not something that can or will be towed away on me

I don't know about Disney monorail cars but I know of other monorail cars having been sold and for many years now since 2001 and I remember for a few years the car sitting out back on a lot.

what would you ever do with it! I guess you could leave it in your yard and make a really cool play house for your kids

I actually would not bid on it to begin with. Its not something I am interested in.

I wouldn't buy it for what it is selling for, but, if I got it really cheap I would probably convert it into something else. I don't know how heavy it is, but, if it were feasible I bet it would look nice with some pontoons under it cruising on a lake or in the ocean somewhere, especially if I could charge people to ride on it.

Make a camping trailer out of it.

Unless I own a monorail, it's useless to me.
