._. Coming from an actual 'midget" (derogatory term btw) it depends on what kind of dwarfism you have. There are over 300 different conditions that cause Dwarfism.. Some causes of dwarfism are genetic and you have a chance of having a baby with the same condition as you but most have normal sized kids. Eg. the genetic mutation that causes Achondroplasia is recessive. it happens at random if you have a history of it in your family BUT you can have normal sized kids.

Yes, but they have to get up on a ladder or a step stool to deliver.

I don't use a TV either...I use the internet for my news, information, phone/communication, some commerce and entertainment.
Are you saying you never watch any television type programming at all? (Discovery, TLC...etc.)

Anyone who has seen the Little People on TV knows that the parents are both dwarfs and they have 4 kids, 3 are regular height and one is a dwarf. In fact the dwarf is a twin to a regular sized person.

Short answer (no pun intended) is yes.

I suppose that in some cases, it might not be possible for a very small woman to give birth naturally. But, in most cases, those short people have very normal organs, and can function just like everyone else.

BennyDerZwerg, the top opinion, nails it - depends on exactly what form of dwarfism the mother has.

No, sadly they cannot. In most cases they end up exploding.... vaguely like an alien coming out of a human stomach.
