When I go to sleep I just hear my name alot in my head said by everyone I know and I try to think about random calming things. but lol last night I had a dream I was some top secret enhanced project called Project J.A.N.E.T.

These kind of thoughts are a barrier for me when I try to sleep.

That's natural. I used to have barriers like that when I was young. When you get older though, certain dreams can come true.

It seems to me to be about equal all day.

Usually in my trip home from work or class, which shifts a little each day as to what time. Afternoon/evening/nights mostly. I spend a lot of time reflecting on what I did at either of my jobs or what I learned in class, planning ahead for the next time, and sort of just making connections and processing things.

Before I will sleep I think of everything that pops up in my mind.

Same. I still have those things pop in, once in while. Only recently, last night I had that happen to me. And oh boy, it was a good one.

Early morning I get time to myself and usually do my daily planning.

I tend to think a lot in the mid day. Sometimes I remember good thoughts I enjoyed and loved. But then there's the bad thoughts. Where I sometimes think of the fears I have or the guilt I wished I didn't commit. And once while, my mind wonders *********.

Mornings I am too tired or busy running around and evenings I am way too tired
after work and cooking dinner to do any quality thinking.
Afternoons I am alert and have the most energy so I do most of my thinking then.

ALL DAY. I think most when I am alone, driving, listening to music, when I am doing something mundane like chores, or when I get bored. My mind only stops thinking when I am seriously listening to someone.

I try not to do too much of that. I am content to to vacillate, contemplate, and vegetate.

Definitely mornings....by the *** of the day (or at least by 2 PM), my brain is pretty much shut off...or at least in first gear. But my first gear is still pretty good.

"Decidedly" at any and all times. i'm in a near constant debate with myself, except when meditating. I find thought entertaining.

All of the above. I never stop, not even in my sleep. It's quite frustrating really, but I've had to accept it and move on.

I should have put "evenings". My brain works all the time, even when I sleep. Sometimes I do get tired of it!

I think all day, since I am on ** several times a day, and watch news.
