My family is way to judgemental, How can you love someone when they only bring you down? ****** for them. Life will **** for them.

not usually. I'm the kind of person who finds it **** to show their feelings. to most people, I seem cold.

Absolutely, without hesitation. Even if we're angry with one another.

I tell each and every family member I love them. I've seen too many people who wait until it's too late and never get the chance.

You betcha - tell all of 'em that all the time. Life is real short and we all get along great, and have a fun time together.

ABSOLUTELY! This is a very timely question. As just today I was in a high school auditorium ... (my son is a senior and will be graduating in a week) I went up front, stood in front of the micro-phone and asked the several hundred members of the graduating class if my son was among them. He stood up, and as he did I told him that I loved him, and that I am proud of him. I was told that my son's face got red, the entire student body seemed to respect the my words, and applauded. I don't say it often enough.

loved proud told sons red student body respect applauded

I could with my parents and my younger sibling, but I cannot with my older siblings. We were what the call two sets of ********. My nearest oldest brother was 15 years older and they act differently than my younger brother and me. There is a divide between us? However, I love them and sometimes I say it and they look at me like I am E.T. LOL

I just don't say it often or toss the words about frivolously. It is spoken of more through my actions and the fact that I haven't run away half crazed to places unknown. (though that does sound not bad for a spell...heeheeehee)

How are we defining family? I think of family as the people in my life with whom I share mutual love and concern. Those that help themselves to my beer without asking and bring me soup when I'm sick. Of course I tell them I love them. Doesn't everybody have somebody to call family?

If you define family as those who share your genetic material, well... Saying "I love you" isn't nearly as **** as keeping my temper. I think of it this way. I'm ********* to love (protect, etc) our mutual DNA. I don't have to LIKE or hang with the carrier.
